Weimardoodles can inherit color-linked health risks from either parent line. A cross does not dilute these — the gene is either there or it is not.

Weimardoodles are bred in more than one size, decided mainly by which Poodle parent is used. The weights below are typical adult ranges, not guarantees.

How to know which you have: Ask the breeder for BOTH parents' adult weights and heights. That is a verifiable fact; the size label is a marketing choice, and breeders do not define these terms the same way. If your dog is already grown, the scale settles it.
Why it matters: Every feeding amount, gear size and crate recommendation in Rosette is calculated from the weight you enter — so a Miniature and a Standard of the same cross get genuinely different guidance. Getting this wrong is a common reason doodles end up rehomed.
The honest caveat: Breeders do not agree on these labels. Some call anything under a Standard a 'Mini'. Others split it into Petite, Micro and Toy. Ask for the PARENTS' adult weights and heights — that is a fact, where the label is a marketing choice. And no breeder can guarantee an adult size; an honest one gives you a range and says so.
